Scope and Eligibility
These Terms & Conditions govern access to this storefront and purchases submitted through it. By using the site or placing an order, a customer accepts these terms and the policies incorporated by reference. A buyer must be legally capable of entering the transaction and meet the age requirements that apply in the buyer’s location.
Products and Services
Products remain subject to stock availability. We take reasonable steps to present descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, functions, and photographs accurately, while acknowledging that screens, lighting, and natural material variation can affect appearance. Customers should review the full product page, measurements, installation needs, and selected options. An obvious listing or inventory error may be corrected before order acceptance.
Prices, Taxes, and Shipping Charges
The storefront and checkout identify the transaction currency. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and other approved amounts are displayed before an order is submitted. A buyer is responsible only for charges disclosed in the checkout or otherwise required by law; no unpublished international-delivery promise is made.
Accepted Payment Methods
Only payment choices displayed in the current checkout session are accepted. Availability can depend on the order, billing details, destination, currency, and the payment provider’s eligibility or risk checks. A method not shown at checkout is not offered for that transaction.
Payment Timing and Billing
The selected payment provider may authorize funds when the order is submitted and capture them immediately or when processing starts, according to the checkout flow. The customer authorizes the displayed total and must provide accurate billing details. If an order is rejected after capture, the applicable amount is returned to the original payment method.
Ordering Process
To request a purchase, choose an available product and options, enter accurate billing and delivery information, select the shipping and payment methods actually offered, review the final item details and total, accept the applicable terms, and submit the order. Information can be corrected before submission.
Order Acceptance
An automated Order Confirmation records receipt of the request but is not, by itself, final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when dispatch is confirmed unless mandatory law provides otherwise. We may decline or cancel for unavailable stock, an obvious price or description error, failed authorization, suspected misuse, address or delivery restrictions, quantity limits, or a legal requirement. Any captured amount for a declined order will be refunded.
Customer Cancellations
A customer may ask to cancel by emailing the verified address on Contact Us before packing or dispatch begins. We will make a reasonable effort to stop fulfillment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once work has started. After fulfillment begins, the Returns & Refunds policy applies, without limiting any cancellation right granted by law.
Complaints and Warranty Rights
Send a product or service complaint to Customer Support with the order number, a clear explanation, and relevant images. We will assess the facts and provide repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy required by the published policies and Philippine consumer law. These terms do not exclude statutory warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under the Consumer Act of the Philippines or other applicable rules.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate account, order, billing, and delivery information; keep credentials secure; comply with applicable law; and avoid fraud, interference, automated abuse, malicious code, rights infringement, or attempts to bypass security or purchasing restrictions. We may restrict access or reject transactions when reasonably necessary to protect the store or other users.
Intellectual Property
Unless a separate notice states otherwise, the storefront design, original written content, graphics, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to the store operator identified on the Contact Us page. They may be viewed and used for personal shopping purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, commercial reuse, or alteration requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
Liability and Events Beyond Control
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a consumer remedy that Philippine law does not permit us to exclude. To the extent the law allows, responsibility for indirect or unforeseeable loss is limited. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events reasonably beyond its control, but affected obligations will resume as soon as reasonably possible.
Dispute Resolution
Please contact Customer Support first so the issue can be reviewed and resolved directly. If it remains unresolved, the parties may use any complaint, mediation, administrative, or court process available under Philippine law, including rights before an appropriate consumer or data-protection authority. Mandatory venue and consumer protections continue to apply.
Data Protection
Use of personal information connected with the website and an order is governed by the published Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Those notices explain collection, purposes, disclosures, retention, safeguards, and available choices under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable requirements.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be changed to reflect store operations, technology, suppliers, or legal obligations. The current effective date will appear on this page. A revision governs future use and orders after it takes effect; an accepted order remains subject to the version that applied when it was submitted unless law requires otherwise.
Governing Law
Laws of the Republic of the Philippines
