Terms & Conditions

Effective Date

August 24, 2026

Scope and Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and purchases made through our store. By using the website or submitting an order, the customer agrees to these terms and the policies incorporated by reference. Customers must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where they live and legally capable of entering into the transaction.

Products and Services

Products are offered subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to display descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, features, and images accurately, but screen colors and natural materials may vary. Customers should review the product page, measurements, installation needs, compatibility, and selected options before ordering. We may correct an obvious description or availability error before accepting an order.

Prices, Taxes, and Shipping Charges

Prices are shown in the currency identified on the website or at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and fees are calculated and displayed before the order is submitted. The customer is responsible for import duties, brokerage charges, or similar destination charges unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept only the payment methods displayed during the current checkout session. Available methods may include major credit or debit cards and supported digital payment services. Availability can vary by order, billing details, destination, currency, and the payment provider's eligibility checks.

Payment Timing and Billing

The payment provider may authorize the payment when the order is submitted and may capture it immediately or when processing begins, depending on the method shown at checkout. The customer authorizes the order total and must provide accurate billing information. If an order is rejected or cancelled after capture, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Ordering Process

To place an order, select the product and available options, provide accurate billing and delivery information, choose an available shipping and payment method, review the item details and final total, accept the applicable terms, and submit the order. The customer can correct entered information before submission.

Order Acceptance

An Order Confirmation acknowledges that we received the order but does not by itself mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance and the sales contract occur when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may reject or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing or description error, failed payment authorization, suspected fraud or misuse, delivery restrictions, quantity limits, or a legal requirement. Any captured payment for a rejected order will be refunded.

Customer Cancellations

A customer may request cancellation through a verified channel on the Contact Us page before the order enters packing, customization, or shipment. We will make reasonable efforts to honor the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Once fulfillment has begun, the Returns & Refunds policy applies. This policy does not limit a cancellation right required by law.

Complaints and Warranty Rights

To report a product or service issue, contact Customer Support with the order number, a description of the problem, and relevant photos. We will review the issue and provide a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy when required by the published policy, an applicable manufacturer warranty, or consumer-protection law. Any manufacturer warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, non-waivable legal rights.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and current information, keep account credentials secure, use the website lawfully, avoid fraudulent transactions, and respect product quantity or resale restrictions. Users must not interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale without permission, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

Website text, photographs, graphics, logos, layout, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to our business and are protected by intellectual-property laws. A limited, revocable, non-transferable license is granted to use the website for personal shopping. Content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where law permits.

Liability and Events Beyond Control

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, and total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and provide legally required remedies.

Dispute Resolution

Please contact Customer Support first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. If a dispute is not resolved, either party may pursue available remedies in a court or small-claims forum with jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections and any right to file a complaint with a government regulator remain available. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Data Protection

The current Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected. The Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The revised effective date will be posted on this page, and additional notice will be provided when required. Unless law requires otherwise, the terms in effect when an order is submitted continue to govern that order.
