Banglalink raises data, voice and bundle volumes by up to 25%

Banglalink Boosts Telecom Offerings with Expanded Data, Voice, and Bundles Up to 25%

The third-largest telecommunications provider in Bangladesh, Banglalink, has unveiled upgraded service plans, enhancing data allowances by 20%, voice call minutes by 22%, and bundled benefits by as much as 25%. Subscribers can now access larger data quotas, extended talk time, and improved bundle options, according to the company’s recent announcement.

The revamped packages include unlimited usage of platforms like Toffee, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok without deducting from users’ primary data allowances. Additional high-capacity deals are accessible via Banglalink’s MyBL App.

This move follows government efforts to lower internet expenses through reduced wholesale bandwidth rates, adjusted transmission fees, and expanded infrastructure access for telecom firms, including DWDM technology.

Johan Buse, CEO of Banglalink, praised regulatory reforms such as dark fiber access and DWDM integration, emphasizing their role in advancing Bangladesh’s digital goals. “These policies align with our mission to deliver innovative, value-driven services that empower customers and fuel the nation’s digital economy,” he stated. Buse reiterated the company’s dedication to collaborating with authorities to drive connectivity, consumer satisfaction, and sustainable growth in the telecom sector.

The updated plans aim to support Bangladesh’s tech-driven future while offering cost-effective solutions for users seeking enhanced mobile and internet experiences.
