California Attorney General Rob Bonta said Monday the state will sue the Trump administration for deploying the National Guard to Los Angeles over the weekend, alleging President Donald Trump’s order was “unlawful” and infringed on Gov. Gavin Newsom’s authority as anti-immigration protests were carried out in the city.
