Following the Eid festivities, a fresh romantic drama titled ‘Megher Brishti’ is set to captivate audiences, featuring the talented duo Farhan Ahmed Jovan and Naznin Niha in lead roles.
🌧️ Plot Overview
The story revolves around Megh (Jovan), who returns to Bangladesh from the United States with plans to marry. His mother frequently sends him packages containing photos of potential brides, accompanied by handwritten notes.
One such note introduces Ritu (Niha), a student at Dhaka Medical College. The note describes her as gentle, modest, and devout. Despite initial hesitation, Megh is drawn to Ritu’s photograph and decides to marry her.
However, upon meeting, Megh discovers that Ritu’s personality diverges from the image his mother portrayed, leading to unforeseen developments.
🎥 Production Details
The drama is penned by Emdad Babu and directed by Masrikul Alam, under the banner of CMV. Producer SK Shahed Ali Pappu shared that during the Eid period, CMV released 14 special dramas on their YouTube channel, all of which received positive feedback. With Eid concluded, CMV is returning to regular programming, starting with ‘Megher Brishti’, set to premiere soon.
